Partner with internal teams to maintain consistent quality control across all lending activity In This Role You Will Review and audit loan files to ensure they are in compliance with the lending guidelines and are error free Help track and clear post - closing items in a timely basis Assist other DFS members in coordinating settlements with title companies and borrower Ensure all Loan files are in compliance with Dominion Financial Services, LLC Standards Maintain all loan files and informing upper management of any files that are about to be or currently out of compliance Assist with reviewing executed documentation for funding authorization as this is a responsibility the team helps support f and when the funder is absent Review borrower financials, document pertinent information, provide recommended approval amounts and talk intelligently about the borrower Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience within the lending or mortgage industry Previous experience in loan quality control, file auditing, or compliance review Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Other Qualifications include: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, including a willingness to ask questions and conduct research when needed Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to achieve results, take ownership, and grow professionally Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally by phone and in person Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Sound judgment and the ability to identify, document, and elevate potential compliance concerns appropriately Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments to resolve issues and maintain consistent quality standards Previous experience using AI-powered tools is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and incorporate new AI technologies into daily workflow AI-Enabled Workplace Our company actively incorporates artificial intelligence into daily operations and expects team members to utilize AI tools as part of their standard workflow.
