Schedule: Full-Time 4-Day or 5-Day Schedule No Evenings No Weekends No Holidays No On-Call

Compensation: $125,000 to $170,000 Annual Income $105,000 to $125,000 Base Salary $20,000 to $45,000 Annual Bonus Income, paid quarterly Malpractice Insurance Health / Dental / Vision Insurance AD&D / STD / LTD Insurance Paid Time Off CME Allowance License / DEA Fees Paid 401k

Location: Northern Kentucky Area

This practice sees patients in assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, and private homes. They are hiring in the northern Kentucky area and will work with providers during the interview process to ensure a mutually-agreeable geographic coverage area.

Their services include, among others, primary care, psychiatric care, post-acute care, and transitional care.

Position Description: The psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) will work with a dedicated panel of geriatric patients. All patients are located in facilities or private homes. Daily volume varies based upon types of appointments scheduled, patient needs, and number of locations being visited. The PMHNP will have a scheduling team member who creates an efficient schedule for each work day. Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Psychiatric wellness assessments and care
• Prescribing age-specific physical therapy and rehabilitation
• Prescribing pharmacologic treatments
• Diagnosing, treating, and helping patients manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Conducting examinations and interpreting medical history
• Ordering and performing diagnostic tests and/or procedures, when appropriate
• Working with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards

The practice uses a mobile-based EHR with AI functionality to reduce administrative time.

Requirements: Kentucky NP license DEA PMHNP certification 1+ year advanced practice experience
