Enhance your career with a leadership role in project management.Job DescriptionOverviewLead and manage design-build light industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to project requirements and industry standards.Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to achieve optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards throughout project execution.Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless communication and project progress.Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to monitor performance and mitigate risks effectively.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, promoting professional growth and collaboration.Key Responsibilities & DutiesDevelop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues proactively to maintain schedules and budgets.Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to design specifications.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and achievements.Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties.Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.Job RequirementsBachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.Minimum of 10 years of experience managing design-build projects independently.Proven expertise in light industrial construction projects is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.Experience with regulatory compliance, safety standards, and environmental considerations.Ability to handle complex projects with minimal oversight and deliver successful outcomes.Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for large-scale projects.
