Massillon Mancan is Hiring Trim Department Associate
1st Shift | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour

Massillon Mancan is seeking dependable individuals for a Trim Department Associate position with a local die casting manufacturer. This is a first-shift opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:
Trim and remove excess material from cast metal parts
Inspect parts for quality and defects
Use hand tools, trimming equipment, and grinders as needed
Perform basic finishing work to meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and production requirements
Assist with other production duties as assigned

Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to work in a team environment
