D365 Functional Analyst

Job Title: D365 Functional Analyst – Commercial

Position Summary:

Seeking an IT Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience supporting Sales, Credit, and Customer Service operations. The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate, business process improvement, system enhancements, reporting, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications and BRDs.
• Configure, test, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Automate.
• Analyze data and develop reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Improve business processes through automation and AI tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, and implementations.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing application support.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of business analysis and system implementation experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience (Sales or Customer Service).
• Power Automate experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills: SQL, SmartSheet, Genesys, ZoomInfo, credit risk tools, and Microsoft Copilot.
