As a Physical Therapist at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve their full potential and regain their independence. Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function

• Conduct evaluations, treatments, and procedures to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Identify and address potential barriers to patient care, implementing creative solutions to overcome obstacles

• Stay current with latest research, guidelines, and best practices in physical therapy, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Ohio

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes
