Senior Director, US Manufacturing & Operations

BD in Franklin Lakes, NJ is seeking a Senior Director of US Manufacturing for BD Specimen Management. You will lead two US sites (Broken Bow, NE and Sumter, SC) and drive end-to-end performance, capacity planning, and long-term optimization. This is a strategic, high-impact role reporting to the VP ISC, MDS. You will partner with global functions to deliver cost, service, and capacity targets while advancing a culture of continuous improvement and talent development.
