Qualifications for the job Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work during the day; especially lunch time. Open availability for any shift is appreciated. Hours will be 20-35 per week. Experience is a plus and can include being a Crew Member at locations such as McDonald's, Culver's, Dunkin', Cousins Subs, Tropical Smoothie, Charleys Philly Steaks, Little Caesars Pizza, MOD Pizza, Wendy's etc, however this is not required as we will teach and train you the necessary skills to excel within our team. Key Competencies Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Displaying an awesome personality, able to communicate effectively with guests Ability to appear for scheduled shifts and is a reliable performer The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and previous experience in a restaurant environment. The Crew Member will perform a variety of responsibilities, including preparing food, serving customers, and busing tables, and will be responsible for cleaning the restaurant after each shift.
