As an extension to our Customer Experience team, the Receiver, is a key role in our operations. This role helps to ensure incoming inventory is processed and put away, while maintaining accurate inventory. We actively promote and encourage behaviors that align to our Values: Treat everyone like family, Always do the right thing, and Relentlessly pursue excellence and our Leadership Expectations: Connect with Purpose, Execute with Excellence and Build the future.Job Responsibilities:Receiving: Packing slips are to be reviewed and compared to physical materials for accuracy.Data Entry: Working knowledge of computer programs and entering data.Inventory: Help to maintain inventory accuracy, organize and put away incoming materialCycle Count: Cycle count on hand inventory to help ensure accurate inventory, as neededDocumentation: Records should be accurate, complete, timely, and organized.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicating with the warehouse team, buyers, accounts receivable, and department leads to ensure receipts are accurate.Quality: Ensure incoming products meet Barletta's premium standardsContinuous Improvement: Identify and bring forward opportunities for process improvements.Safety: Support a Barletta Safe culture by adhering to and advocating for the safest behaviors and proactively identifies opportunities to mitigate job-related risks and hazards.Qualifications:Experience working with WMS or ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred)Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated team player with the ability to stay on task and be flexible and reliable when changes occur.Adhere to all policy and safety regulations.Perform other general duties as directed.Good written and verbal communicationReport all incidents/damages as well as voice safety concerns to improve safety awareness.Compensation and Benefits:Compensation is based on past job history, knowledge and experience.Medical/RxDentalVisionShort and Long-Term DisabilityCompany Paid Life Insurance and AD&DVoluntary Life Ins, Accident and Critical Illness401k with matchEmployee Stock Purchase Program*This job description is intended to outline those functions typically performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
