Job Description XPO is Now Hiring Pre-Made CDL-A Team Drivers in Las Vegas, NVEarn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop & Hook Freight4-5 Days on/2-3 Days Off* - Dedicated Routes Top Pay & Benefits: Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays Typical schedule is 4-5 days on, 2-3 days off* 4,500 - 5,200 planned weekly miles Full health insurance benefits available on day one 401(k) with company match No-touch and in-house freight (*Depending on lane) What to Expect: As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 4-5 days on the road, followed by 2-3 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions. Have a valid Class A commercial driver’s license Must have 6 months of experience Be a member of a pre-made team.
