Registered Nurse - ICU

Overview Part and full‑time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus. The position requires a minimum of one year of RN experience and is referral eligible. We are looking for passionate, experienced nurses to join our team and collaborate with top medical professionals. Upcoming or recent nurse graduates may apply through our pipeline requisition. Responsibilities ICU nurses work with unstable patients facing life‑threatening conditions. Patients are considered unstable when their respiratory or cardiovascular systems require constant monitoring. Daily tasks remain consistent but are unpredictable, with potential ICU interventions required if a patient’s body systems abruptly fail. Our unit offers a unique blend of PCU and ICU‑level care within a critical access environment. Nurses will join a highly experienced, tight‑knit team known for its supportive culture, strong collaboration, and deep mutual trust. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life‑support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty. Benefits Increased pay scale for bedside nurses.
