Champion Window - Construction/Installation Manager As an Installation Manager you are responsible to Lead, Monitor, Coach, and hold your division team Accountable in the successful execution and attainment of our operational goals (customer experience, revenue, cost of goods, accounts receivable, product service, recruiting) within our core exterior home improvement products (windows, sunrooms, doors, siding). The division team under your responsibility includes but is not limited to Installation Supervisors, Service/Measure Technicians, Production Specialists, Employees and Subcontractor Installers. This role will require early starting times and can sometimes include working Saturdays. Why Champion? Highly competitive pay (quarterly bonuses) Robust benefit package – full‑time W‑2 position, health, dental and disability insurance, flexible spending account, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, and more Culture focused – community involvement, employee incentives/rewards, and more Company‑provided truck, tools, gas card and phone allowance Opportunity to grow in a national 60‑year‑old company that designs, builds, installs and guarantees it Monitor and manage key business reports, dashboards, and performance indicators including uninstall reporting, AR, WIP, COGs, service reporting, stage payments, and cycle times; execute and maintain company policies and procedures Proactively manage customer satisfaction and resolve concerns; provide regular systematic updates and respond within 24 hours to inquiries, assignments, emails and calls; visit customers with complaints to resolve quickly with management approval Responsibilities Monitor and manage cost of goods, inventory, accruals, job costing, invoicing, and big‑box store purchases; verify labor and material costs for employees and subcontractors to meet profitability expectations Coach and foster teamwork, accountability, and trust within the operations team; build positive collaboration with sales and centralized teams; recognize excellence, celebrate goals, identify under‑performers, hold accountability, and implement training as needed Accountable for division capacity, forecasting, revenue, and service; ensure staffing and training meet measurement, installation and service requirements; forecast accurately by timely ordering, scheduling, updating system information, and managing warehouse inventory; follow revenue policies to achieve 100 % completion, 100 % payment and post‑installation communication Qualifications Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction/remodeling Ability to supervise and train others and create and organize schedules Creative and practical problem‑solving / critical‑thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer software competencies (MS Office 365) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Champion’s dedication to customer satisfaction, product innovation and quality manufacturing drives our success and growth.
