Corporate Paralegal | Data & Legal Operations Focus

Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: 4 Days In Office / 1 Day Remote)

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a rapidly growing national organization to identify a Corporate Paralegal who thrives at the intersection of legal operations, data analytics, technology, and project management .

This is not a traditional paralegal role focused on drafting motions and managing court filings. Instead, this position is ideal for a professional who enjoys taking ownership of complex processes, organizing large volumes of information, leveraging technology to improve workflows, and partnering directly with senior legal leadership to drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do As A Corporate Paralegal

✅ Manage and maintain litigation, compliance, and legal operations tracking systems

✅ Analyze large datasets and transform information into meaningful reports and dashboards

✅ Develop KPI reporting and help leadership make data-driven decisions

✅ Coordinate litigation hold notices and legal matter tracking

✅ Partner with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, insurance representatives, and business leaders

✅ Improve processes, identify efficiencies, and implement technology solutions

✅ Create and maintain reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, and other legal operations technologies

✅ Support legal department projects and strategic initiatives

✅ Serve as a key resource in organizing and monitoring hundreds of active legal matters

What We're Looking For

✔ Prior in-house legal department experience required

✔ Strong Excel, data management, reporting, and analytics skills

✔ Experience with Power BI, legal operations platforms, AI tools, databases, or enterprise software

✔ Self-starter who takes ownership and independently drives projects forward

✔ Exceptional organizational and communication skills

✔ Comfortable learning new systems and leveraging technology to improve outcomes

✔ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

✔ Experience supporting litigation, risk management, compliance, claims, or legal operations functions is highly preferred

✔ Exposure to real estate, property management, insurance defense, landlord-tenant matters, premises liability, or corporate litigation is a plus
