We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, increase brand awareness, and support business growth. This role will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, partnering with sales and leadership teams, and driving market visibility through digital, social, partner, and industry channels.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and has experience managing cross-functional marketing programs that generate measurable business outcomes.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM marketing plans to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and market awareness.
• Support brand positioning and messaging initiatives to strengthen Simplus' market presence.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging both online and offline channels.
• Drive digital marketing and social media programs to increase engagement, reach, and lead generation.
• Partner closely with Simplus and Infosys marketing teams, sales leadership, and practice leaders to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Plan and execute sales enablement activities, including webinars, roadshows, internal communications, and campaign support materials.
• Lead participation in industry conferences, partner events, executive forums, and private client engagement events.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics to leadership on a quarterly basis.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing investments.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in GTM marketing, demand generation, or field marketing.
• Proven experience driving demand through integrated marketing campaigns and programs.
• Experience with brand positioning, messaging, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong background in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content-driven campaigns.
• Experience planning and executing events, webinars, roadshows, and executive engagement programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, senior leadership, sales organizations, and partner ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and marketing ROI.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and driving cost optimization across campaigns.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-related services is highly desirable.
