Job Description

Coughlin Automotive is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Scheduler to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help customers maintain their vehicles by scheduling service appointments through inbound and outbound calls, text messages, and email communications for our 17 Central Ohio locations.As one of Central Ohio's fastest-growing automotive groups, Coughlin Automotive proudly represents 13 brands, including Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Nissan, Ram, and Toyota.
