PsyPhyCare is capable of providing a Contract Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient medical services in Gallup, New Mexico.

Scope of Services:

The Contract Physician shall:

• Provide routine and urgent primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients

• Conduct comprehensive history and physical examinations

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable regulations

• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing

• Provide preventive health services and patient education

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

The Contract Physician shall:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

• Completion of accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Board certified or board eligible

• Active, unrestricted state license

• Current DEA registration

• Current BLS certification
