Role Overview
USPS is accepting applications for Postal Clerks nationwide. In this role, you will perform a variety of clerical, retail window customer service, and mail distribution duties to support daily post office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service : Assist patrons at the retail service counter with mailing, stamp sales, and shipping inquiries
- Mail Handling : Receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing letters and parcels
- Clerical & Administrative Tasks : Maintain postal records, process forms, and handle retail transactions
- Operations Support : Support post office daily operations and ensure timely mail processing
