About the Role

As a Part-Time Sales Associate youll help create a welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door. Youll provide excellent customer service recommend products and services help maintain a clean salon and support daily operations in a fast-paced team environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people staying active and being rewarded for strong performance.

What Youll Do

• Greet clients and provide friendly professional customer service
• Build relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and services
• Help meet individual and team sales goals
• Use basic computer systems to support daily tasks and client interactions
• Keep the salon clean organized and ready for clients
• Clean tanning rooms and equipment between client visits
• Help maintain the lobby restrooms laundry and storage areas
• Work closely with teammates in an upbeat fast-paced environment
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
• Lift or help lift heavier items and boxes
• Bend down to pick up towels trash and other items from the floor
• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting sweeping mopping and scrubbing
• Work independently during shifts when needed
