Johnson City Medical Center is seeking NP's or PA's to join a progressive, growing Trauma/Critical Care/General Surgery team. Johnson City Medical Center is looking to fill a full-time position in the Trauma Program. Johnson City Medical Center is part of Ballad Health, an integrated healthcare system serving 29 counties of Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, Northwest North Carolina and Southeast Kentucky. Candidates should have Surgical, Critical Care, ED, other surgical specialties experience other than during. Experience is preferred.

• 12 hour night shifts

• Split coverage between trauma ICU/ trauma floor patients

• Responsible for evaluating trauma patients in the emergency department, doing procedures, assisting in the operating room and managing trauma patients in the ICU and the floor.

• The PA/NP will work closely with Trauma/Acute Care surgeons, surgical residents as well as the other mid-level providers.
