Civil Project Manager

Position Details Location: Honolulu, Hawaii (in-office) Hours 8am – 5pm (with option to flex schedule.) Position Overview Key Responsibilities Lead and collaborate on the design and analysis of civil engineering projects. Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Collaborate with principal engineers and design staff to develop innovative solutions. Mentor and lead less experienced project engineers and civil designers. Utilize engineering software and tools to perform calculations and simulations. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Ten (10) or more years of experience in civil engineering design and project management. Professional Engineering License in the State of Hawaiʻi Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
