Program Manager

- Overseeing the rollout of the Ardoq project for the Virginia IT Agency (VITA) - Coordinating with various VITA teams for establishing a rollout schedule across agencies - Working with Enterprise Architecture team to manage tasks and assignments necessary for completing the rollout - Allocating appropriate resources for task completion - Directly working with agency resources to manage issues related to training schedule and post-training follow-ups - Required to be onsite at least 4 days a week with no exceptions - Must have at least 8 years of Project Management experience, preferably with large projects - Active PMP certification is a plus - Prior experience with Virginia state government is desired - Responsible for data cleanup, data importing into Ardoq, and training agencies in the use of the tool - Ensuring data synchronization between Ardoq and the existing system of record, Archer.
