Our client is a physician-founded hospitalist group delivering evidence-based, patient-focused care across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Highlands, Marion, and Pasco Counties. Our commitment to excellence and compassionate care drives us to improve healthcare - one patient at a time.

What You'll Do:

• Work 7 PM - 7 AM (12-hour night shifts)

• Focus on admissions and discharges - no procedures or codes!

Comprehensive Onboarding:

• All new and experienced team members will train during both night and day shifts with various team members.

• Access to training documents to help familiarize yourself with medications, diagnoses, and workflows.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals who share your dedication to patient care.
