Resin Plant Production Manager | Milling & Safety Lead
NPAA
NPAA, based in Lansing, IL, seeks a Production/Plant Manager to oversee resin and milling plant production, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. You will manage budgets, supervise staff, set goals aligned with the business plan, and report progress daily. The role requires a BS in Chemistry or Engineering with 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, and knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations. SAP experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr NPAA
