About the Role: Every company runs on the strength of its operations - the systems, the people, and the person holding it all together behind the scenes. A growing ABA company is looking for a Director of Operations to be that person: someone who can drive day-to-day operations, manage staff, and build the systems that let the business scale. This is a rare opportunity to step into a company on the rise and shape its operations from the ground up - not just maintain what exists, but build what comes next. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a hands-off oversight position - the office is fully in-office, and the ideal candidate takes ownership and runs independently without needing close direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Leadership

• Direct company operations and ensure things run smoothly as the business grows
• Drive growth and take ownership of scaling the company
• Oversee and manage staff, including BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs

Recruiting

• Manage recruiting for BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs

Billing, Payroll & Systems

• Understand and oversee billing and payroll processes
• Learn and manage the company's Chorus system
• Quickly pick up new systems and multitask as the business grows

Qualifications:

• Prior director-level experience and strong leadership skills required
• ABA background not required but is a plus
• Confident, hands-on leader who takes initiative and can direct and grow a company
• Strong ability to understand billing, payroll, and internal systems, and pick up new tools quickly
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
