Shift: 6:45 PM - 6:45 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:

Claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license to receive travel rate. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials: Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Medical Surgical exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required prior to start; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of separation from Ascension employment to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details: Ortho/neuro patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

5 days maximum time off
