Reservation Manager

Reservation Manager Agent Location: 3500 S Sheridan Rd, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74145, United States of America Responsibilities Assist with calls from and to customers. Help support field team members and U‑Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement. Direct incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels. Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts. Assist with the company’s U‑Box portable storage product. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Microsoft Word, and email.
