Senior Digital Strategist

Advise clients on marketing, brand, customer experience, growth, and digital transformation strategies. Develop innovative approaches to marketing and customer experience, incorporating emerging technologies such as GenAI and agentic AI. Translate consumer, market, cultural, and competitive insights into actionable strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop marketing and customer experience strategies using research, segmentation, personas, customer journeys, roadmaps, and business cases. Conduct brand, marketing, and experience assessments to identify performance gaps, opportunities, and industry best practices. Generate strategic insights across consumers, culture, competitors, categories, and market trends to support business decisions. Lead collaborative workshops using design thinking and change-management techniques to develop innovative ideas and align stakeholders. Advise clients on digital and emerging technologies, including GenAI and agentic AI, to enhance customer experiences and business capabilities. Partner with creative, design, data, technology, and content teams to translate strategy into integrated execution plans. Support business development initiatives, consulting proposals, and growth opportunities across marketing, experience, and digital transformation. Develop new consulting methodologies and offerings to address evolving market and client needs. Qualifications & Skills 7+ years of experience in consulting, agency, or strategy roles focused on marketing, brand, growth, digital transformation, or customer experience. Strong understanding of business growth, marketing strategy, customer experience, strategic planning, and digital transformation. Ability to connect consumer behavior, culture, technology, and brand strategy to develop creative business solutions. Familiarity with marketing and CX technologies such as CRM, CDP, and CX platforms. Strong analytical, presentation, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in complex and ambiguous environments. Technically savvy with a strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly GenAI and agentic AI. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; master's degree preferred. Experience across industries such as consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, financial services, or technology is preferred. Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Figma/FigJam, Qualtrics, and market research platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
