You will lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex transactions, advise internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters, and mentor legal staff within NYCEDC.
Requirements include a Juris Doctor degree, 10+ years of experience in real estate/finance-related law, and New York bar admission. NYC residency within 180 days is expected.
