Job Summary:
- The shipping and receiving clerk packages all manufactured product for shipping and safe delivery and handles aspects of shipping and receiving.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Packaging of manufactured products for safe shipping
- Assist receiving of incoming shipments
- Upkeep of parts inventory
- Inventory count
- Request ordering of shipping supplies and the upkeep of supplies
- Show competence in the use of equipment or machinery as signed off on training reports
Minimum requirements:
- Needs to be attending high school
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic Math skills
Abilities required:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to perform tasks in a safe manner and able to use equipment in a safe manner
