Job description and Essential Functions
We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our amazing team.
- Provide technical support to end users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related matters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Install, configure, support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other end-user devices.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with employees to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution of problems.
- IT security protocols and policies to protect the organization's data and systems from potential security breaches.
- Perform PM maintenance and repairs.
