We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Logistics Analyst to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The North American headquarters is located in Pittsburgh, PA and has over three dozen production facilities across the U.S. and Canada.Responsibilities:Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries across multiple channelsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teamsNegotiate rates and contracts with transportation providers to ensure cost-effective solutionsMonitor and analyze logistics performance metrics using Excel and other toolsResolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfactionMaintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentationCollaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve service levelsQualifications & Requirements7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Solid negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.Benefits & Compensation Package Includes:Competitive Annual Base SalaryPaid holidays and vacation timeGroup medical/pharmacy insurance options with company funded health care spending accounts Dental insurance & Vision insuranceA 401k account with company matching contributionCompany-paid life insurance and short-term and long-term disability insuranceOptions to purchase additional life insurance (employee, spouse, and child) and additional employee long-term disability insurance.Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Tuition benefits including professional certificationsFull timePosting Date: 2026-04-02
