We're looking for an experienced Controller to join our team and lead our Accounting Department. This role is key to ensuring financial integrity, driving operational efficiency, and supporting both Payroll and HR functions. What You’ll Do: Lead month-end and year-end close processes Prepare internal financial statements and reports Manage payroll (ADP), 401(k) audits, and cash flow Maintain AR/AP oversight and tax filings Improve ERP (Kinetic) processes and train users Handle HR tasks including hiring, onboarding, and open enrollment Serve as the main contact for audits and financial reviews What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred) 3–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing Strong Excel skills and ERP knowledge (Epicor/Kinetic a plus) HR experience and attention to detail Excellent communication and leadership skills Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and a supportive, collaborative team environment.
