Duties

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to tailor treatment plans effectively and ensure optimal results
• Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health, and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with medical terminology standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support pain management and rehabilitation goals
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients, adhering to health regulations and sanitation protocols
• Stay current with industry best practices by participating in ongoing training, including med spa procedures and physiology updates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a focus on patient service and customer care
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management
• Certification or licensing as required by state or local regulations for massage therapy practitioners
• Strong skills in patient assessment to identify areas of tension, injury, or discomfort
• Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and occupational health practices preferred
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and foster a positive experience
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
