Assistant Store Manager
Mega Thrift is seeking for an accountable Assistant Store Manager to assist our Store Manager accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Store Manager in all departments including warehouse, Sales Floor, Fitting Rooms, and Cashier Staff.
- Opening and/or closing store.
- Managing fitting rooms.
- Hanging/placing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Store promotions.
Requirements:
- Experience with visual merchandising is a must
- Availability to work evenings up until 11 PM as well as availability on weekends
- Supervisory experience
- Previous retail clothing experience
- Cash handling experience
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Will push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
- Will stand for 6 to 8 hours per day
- 18 years' of age
Supervisory Responsibilities: Cashier and Production staff

Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6-8 hours per shift.
