Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $1,963 per week in Billings, MT

Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language pathology services within a 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting Evaluate and treat patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, trauma, amputation, and orthopedic injuries Deliver individualized, intensive rehabilitation tailored to each patient's needs across a population of ages 14 and older Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment including Synaptic, TechnoBody, InMotion, Ekso Skeleton, and Real VR System Collaborate within a team-oriented, multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment to support patient recovery goals Maintain patient caseloads at an approximate 6:1 patient-to-therapist ratio Required Qualifications Active Montana Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure required Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Experience treating common diagnoses including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, laminectomy, and orthopedic fractures (pelvis, hip, knee, ankle) Ability to work a day shift schedule including one weekend per month Team-oriented approach and strong interpersonal communication skills Preferred Experience / Skills 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred Familiarity with neuro, orthopedic, and spinal cord patient populations Why Join Us Work in a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility equipped with advanced technology dedicated to maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a comprehensive, specialized rehabilitation program serving patients throughout their recovery journey
