Executive Associate, Patient Safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive calendar and priority management for assigned senior leaders, anticipating key issues, resolving conflicts, and implementing action plans based on changing priorities and commitments.
• Manage, coordinate, and organize high-level leadership, team, large-group meetings, and site activities including scheduling, rooms, content, materials, technology, catering, and other logistics.
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel and provide responsive support for itinerary changes and related needs.
• Coordinate visitors, guest access, supplies, workspace requirements, local onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contractors, and other site-based administrative activities.
• Complete Workday requisitions and other leader- or team-specific administrative transactions, where assigned, and maintain accurate departmental records and files.
• Interface professionally with senior executives and diverse stakeholders; handle confidential business, organizational, and personnel information with discretion; and demonstrate diplomacy and excellent judgment in sensitive situations.
• Prioritize activities and take action based on an understanding of departmental objectives and business needs, properly balancing competing priorities, resources, and time-sensitive requests.
• Work under limited supervision, independently resolve scheduling and logistics issues, and apply established processes within the assigned support remit.
• Partner across the administrative support team and provide agreed backup coverage for critical activities.

Reporting Relationship

• Position reports into the Business Capabilities & Excellence organization as part of the administrative support team, providing dedicated support to assigned Patient Safety senior leaders, with close collaboration across the administrative support team and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college or advanced technical training preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including significant experience supporting senior-level executives and interfacing with external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, close attention to detail and follow-up, and the ability to respond to business needs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent relationship-management and service orientation, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior executives and various stakeholders and maintain discretion and professionalism with confidential information and sensitive situations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and dependable execution in a matrixed environment.
• Technical aptitude and learning agility to develop proficiency in business operations tools, data management, reporting, and standardized workflows through structured cross-training and backup assignments.
• Proficiency with core administrative and collaboration systems, including Microsoft 365 applications, virtual meeting tools, document repositories, and relevant company systems.

Compensation Overview:

The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.

U.S.-based exempt employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off (FTO), which provides paid time off without a set accrual limit, subject to manager approval, along with 11 paid company holidays each year.

Non-exempt employees, RayzeBio employees, and employees located in Puerto Rico receive 160 hours of paid vacation annually for new hires (subject to manager approval), 11 paid company holidays, and 3 optional holidays.

Depending on eligibility, employees may also have access to additional time-off benefits, including paid sick leave, up to two paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, and leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, or military needs.
