Sales Attendant

:

The Car Wash Sales Team Member is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

•As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products to drive sales

•As a Retail Sales Consultants you'll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine•

The most important would be identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing customers with information related to our products and services

•This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current in all the ways we work to meet our customers' needs

•Build customer connections by asking the right questions to uncover individual needs

•Exceptional customer facing service

•Ability to close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive solutions

•Selling products and services by discovering needs to prospective customers

•Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and returning customer

•Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule

•Participate in weekly competition

•Staying up to date on product and services we offer to consumers

•Engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers

•Recommend and introduce new products and services•Problem solving when interacting with customers

•Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A friendly and energetic personality
• Customer service orientated
• Must be able to stand/walk for duration of shift
• *No Sales Experience Needed, we will train high energy individuals that are willing to learn and earn up to $20-$25 an hour when hourly and commissions are combined

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Corsicana, TX 75110: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
