The Role The delivery Driver is responsible for the on time in full delivery of shower and bath products produced by Royal Bath Manufacturing. The candidate must have a clean driving record, be self-directed and able to work flexible hours. The delivery Driver will be expected to work safely and deliver a quality product on time with the ability to communicate effectively with other business entities internally and externally. Requirements What You'll Do Daily Route completion: Complete 5-15 stops per day, delivering all products on time in full. Communicating with Dispatch reporting any abnormalities, adverse conditions or issues with deliveries. Safety: working safely within company policies and procedures using correct lifting techniques, keeping in compliance with Jobsite and company PPE requirements. Organization: Collecting and maintaining appropriate paperwork and document pertaining to the daily deliveries. Keeping vehicle clean and in order. DOT Compliance: Adhere to DOT guidelines, including conducting DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports) and pre-trip inspections. Physical Demands: Load unload products and lift items up to 100 lbs. individually using pallet jacks and hand carts. Navigation: Safely navigate active construction job sites. Communication: Communicate effectively with customer service, sales teams, construction managers, and plumbers. Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely. Safety: Operate under GPS tracking to monitor safety. Environment: Work in a fast-paced, hot, and humid environment. Independence: Work independently while maintaining high standards of performance. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance. Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 100 lbs. Experience using pallet jacks and hand carts. Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders. Ability to navigate and work in active construction sites. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and humid environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Previous experience in distribution or delivery driving. Familiarity with construction sites and related safety protocols.
