HVAC First Start Technician

Job Summary Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning (a division of IES Residential) is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC First Start Technician. Responsibilities Install and service residential HVAC systems from the first start. Use tools such as torches, manifold gauges, multi‑meter, vacuum pump, and hand tools. Work independently and communicate effectively with customers and team. Maintain a clean 3‑year driving record and pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check. Qualifications Valid Florida driver’s license. Minimum 1 year HVAC First Start experience. EPA certification required. Computer and technology literate. Self‑motivated, reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
