Job Title: Concrete Carpenter – Data Center Construction

Job Description:

Seeking experienced concrete carpenters for slab-on-grade and concrete pad work at a data center project in Manassas, VA. This is a hands-on role focused on forming, pouring, and finishing concrete in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform slab-on-grade and concrete pad work
• Build and strip formwork
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for placement
• Assist with general concrete and carpentry tasks
• Follow site safety standards and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• Experience with concrete and formwork
• Ability to read measurements and layouts
• Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, bending, standing)
• Reliable and safety-focused

Work Environment: Outdoor construction site with exposure to weather. Requires standard PPE and ability to work extended hours as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Manassas, VA.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
