This position requires availability for a 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM shift, with every third weekend and every other holiday, including Labor Day weekend. Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care according to established standards and practices. The role involves coordinating with the healthcare team to implement effective care plans and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient condition and progress. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current certifications relevant to the nursing role. Must pass a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and background check. Proof of required immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccine and PPD test results.
