Job Details Job Location: Pivot at The Bradford at Brookside - Livingston, TX 77351 Position Type: PRN Job Category: Occupational Therapy Locations Larkspur- Lufkin The Bradford at Brookside- Livingston Woodville HRC- Woodville Benefits Competitive Pay for FT starting at $43/hour 401k with match Medical, Dental, Vision Paid Time Off Tuition Reimbursement Free CEU’s Responsibilities Screens, evaluates, and treats patients Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions and contraindications Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward his or her maximum level of independence and/or function Supervises Occupational Therapist Assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities in accordance with state practice act Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members Qualifications Graduate from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of current practice Good communication skills and ability to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients’ family members, and staff Capable of performing the responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are at the heart of Pivot.
