About the Role: Northgate Family Pharmacy is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front End Associate to join our team in Camden, NJ! In this role, you'll be the face of our company, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-end area

Bag and package customer purchases with care and efficiency

Monitor and restock front-end supplies, including bags and receipt paper

Assist with cart retrieval, lot maintenance, and store entry/exit areas

Support loss prevention efforts by staying alert and following company protocols

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
