- 7+ years of experience in gaming/esports marketing, with proven success in strategic leadership and large-scale program execution.
- Deep understanding of the global and regional esports ecosystem, including publishers, teams, leagues, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- People management experience with a proven track record in hiring, training, and motivating teams.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets and resource plans.
- Advanced proficiency in project management and business planning tools; strong presentation and communication skills.
- Travel 30-40%
