Data Science Manager

Harnham is partnering with a consulting firm focused on revenue growth strategy to hire a Manager, Commercial Data Science. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics and commercial consulting, with full ownership of client delivery and team leadership. The position offers a clear step up from a Senior individual contributor role, combining hands-on modelling with leadership responsibility and direct exposure to senior client stakeholders. The role Lead end-to-end delivery of predictive modelling and machine learning solutions for enterprise clients Own senior client relationships and act as the lead data science voice on engagements Manage and develop a team of Data Scientists and Associates Drive commercial use cases such as churn prediction, customer health scoring, next best action, and revenue forecasting Partner with consulting teams to shape strategy and influence decision-making Support business development and pre-sales activity Your background 6 to 10+ years of experience in data science within a commercial or client-facing environment Strong experience leading projects and managing junior team members Advanced Python skills with a strong foundation in machine learning and statistical modelling Consulting experience preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical work into business impact Quantitative academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or similar The company A consulting firm specialising in revenue growth strategy, working with major global organisations Data Science is a core function, operating as the advanced analytics arm of the business Highly collaborative and meritocratic culture with strong growth plans across data and AI If you are interested in a leadership role with real ownership across both technical delivery and client engagement, please apply or reach out for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
