About the Role As a Mental Health Therapist , you will be the primary clinical therapy provider for in‑house mental health services at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and facility staff while integrating behavioral and physical healthcare. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any other licensure at this time Experience : Preference for geriatric or long‑term care populations. Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid is beneficial but not required Skills : Excellent communication, multi‑tasking ability, and strong patient care skills Additional Requirements : NPI number (we can assist with this process) About You You are passionate about psychotherapy and committed to serving the elderly population.
