Salary: $131,040 - 156,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1–4 years of experience in software engineering, application development, and delivering innovative solutions.
• Hands-on Google Cloud application development experience, including deploying solutions in GCP.
• Production experience implementing AI-enabled applications with Vertex AI and Gemini, beyond using generative AI tools solely as coding assistants.
• Experience building and deploying agentic or multi-agent solutions with Google ADK, Agent Engine, LangGraph, or comparable orchestration frameworks.
• Experience developing software applications, APIs, integrations, and backend services, and independently advancing work with limited supervision.
• Experience deploying applications or AI services using cloud-native patterns; Google Cloud Run experience is preferred.
• Experience building user interfaces and rapidly prototyping with modern development tools, including AI-assisted development.
• Experience writing scripts and automations to connect systems and streamline processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and lead development workstreams from concept to execution.
• Clear, structured verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
• Desired: Experience with AI gateways, LLM gateways, or model-proxy platforms, including model routing, authentication, access controls, and guardrails.
• Desired: Experience with AI safety and security controls, including Model Armor or comparable technologies.

• Develop and enhance prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-ready solutions, including user interfaces, backend services, APIs, agent workflows, integrations, and automation scripts.
• Design and implement AI-enabled and agentic application features using Google Cloud technologies, including Vertex AI and Gemini.
• Build and deploy agent-based solutions using Google ADK, Agent Engine, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks.
• Deploy and operate AI-enabled applications and agent services using Google Cloud deployment patterns, ideally including Cloud Run, CI/CD, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and observability.
• Develop integrations with AI gateways or model-proxy layers that support model routing, authentication, security controls, guardrails, and usage governance.
• Implement grounding and RAG patterns using Vertex AI Search, Discovery Engine, or comparable enterprise search and grounding tools.
• Support governance of models and AI services, including token consumption, cost management, access controls, guardrails, and secure model usage.
• Build and test system integrations and workflow automations to demonstrate business value and reduce manual effort.
• Contribute documentation, runbooks, and reusable implementation patterns that improve team speed and consistency.
• Collaborate across the team, iterate quickly, communicate progress, proactively remove blockers, and contribute to technical decisions.
• Work with senior engineers to bring solutions from concept through deployment while upholding enterprise standards for security, reliability, governance, and observability.

The role focuses on building AI-enabled applications and agentic solutions in Google Cloud.
