Proposal Specialist

Job Title : Proposal Specialist Location : Dallas, TX Pay Range : $75-85K Responsibilities Lead end-to-end proposal development and submission activities Review RFPs/RFQs to ensure compliance with requirements and deadlines Draft, edit, and format compelling proposal responses Collaborate with leadership to develop proposal messaging and positioning Customize resumes, project profiles, and supporting content for each pursuit Maintain proposal libraries and support presentation/interview preparation Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and branding standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field 3+ years of proposal development experience Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe InDesign experience preferred APMP certification is a plus About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions Experis® is a global leader in technology services and part of the ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN) family of brands.
