Title: Product Manager: Retail Product Lines

Contract: 6 months

Location: Beaverton, OR

Remote Work Permitted: No

Pay Rate: $50-55 Hourly

• Reason for Opening: Mat leave coverage
• Team Details & Who They Will Work With: Work closely with the client Court Product Director as well as Design, TD, Merchandising, Sports Marketing and elite athletes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Required Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, an equivalent to 2 additional years' relevant work experience or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in product-related roles

The candidate needs to have heightened awareness of women's fashion and performance industries/competitive landscape, a passion for Women's products, and confidence with verbal and written communication.

Leads by example and can hold team accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.

What You'll Work On:

If this is you, you will manage and oversee the product creation for our elite to everyday Tennis, Pickleball and Padel athletes. You will lead product and design reviews, connect with merchandising at key strategy check-ins, participate in cross-functional meetings, create compelling visual tools to influence design, merchandising and our downstream geography partners.

What You'll Work With:

You will work closely with the Court Product Director as well as Design, TD, Merchandising, Sports Marketing and elite athletes.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, an equivalent to 2 additional years' relevant work experience or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in product-related roles
• Must have Product management experience
• Knowledge in performance apparel is a plus

Education Requirements:

Must have skills:

• Product management experience
• Clear communication (Both written and oral skills)
• Very organized, great attention to detail
• Problem solving skills related to Product Mgmt

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge in performance apparel is a plus

Software/Technical Requirements:

• Keynote
• Excel

Previous Industry Experience Preference:
