We believe in doing meaningful work, treating people with respect and building a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to grow.If you're excited about making an impact and being part of a team that values sincerity, ownership, advocacy and resilience — We'd love to hear from you.**Work Overview**We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant who will assist in the implementation of physical therapy services to patients in accordance with the plan of care and under the direction and supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.**Key Responsibilities*** Plans activities and provides therapeutic services for physical therapy* Maintain a full time caseload of at least 33 visits weekly* Records type of treatment and patients reaction to it in the patients notes, which are written on the day of the visit and incorporated in the patients record weekly* Be supervised by a Physical Therapist* Follow guidelines for supervision as outlined by the State Board for Physical Therapy* Can track and follow their authorized visits according to what had been allowed by insurance and in the plan of care**Benefits**Benefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week.
